#  Our Apartmenthouse

Our **"Florianihof" Apartment House** is situated in a very quiet location in the middle of a large lawn, away from any traffic, in the immediate vicinity of the "Florianihof" Hotel (main building), just a few minutes from the lake and close to the town centre. We offer 9 fully and tastefully furnished **apartments**. Each unit consists of **two bedrooms and a living/dining room** with a fully equipped kitchenette, one or two sofa beds, and a large balcony terrace facing south or west. Prices start at €91 per apartment per night. Depending on the category, the apartments are suitable for **up to 6 people**. ## Three Apartment Types

Prices are per apartment per night for stays of five nights or more. Plus local tax of €2.70 per person per day from the age of 17, electricity according to consumption and a final cleaning fee of €60. For Type 2, the fifth person costs €10 per day; for Type 3, each additional person from the fifth onwards also costs €10 per day.

The prices shown apply to stays of five nights or more; for stays of one to four nights, the price is €10 higher per night.

## Facilities in All Apartments

- Living/dining room with fully equipped kitchenette

- Cremesso capsule coffee machine and filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster
- Crockery, cutlery, glasses, bed linen and towels included
- Separate bathroom and WC, hairdryer, entrance hall, vacuum cleaner
- Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV
- Electric heating, shutters, large balcony terrace facing south or west
- Cot available on request
- Sofa bed in the living room, one or two depending on the type

## Book the Hotel Service Package including Breakfast

If you want to combine the space of a holiday apartment with the comfort of a hotel, simply add the Hotel Service Package: **€20 per adult per day, €10 for children up to 13 years**. This includes an extended breakfast buffet as well as daily tidying and cleaning of the apartment. In addition, themed buffet evenings take place twice a week, such as a barbecue evening, which can be booked for an additional charge.
