Our hotel and apartment house directly on Lake Klopeiner See are the ideal starting point for your cycling holiday in Carinthia: over 270 km of car-free themed cycle paths and the Drau cycle path in beautiful surroundings will inspire you. We offer perfect conditions for mountain bikers, e-bikers and racing cyclists in the Klopeiner See - South Carinthia region. A lockable bicycle cellar is available for your bicycles. In addition, we have about **25 bicycles to borrow** (some of them free of charge).

## Flow Country Trail on the Petzen

The Flow Country Trail on the [Petzen ](https://www.petzen.net "www.petzen.net")is the longest flow trail in Europe with a length of 11 km. The route was named the best flow trail of 2014 by the International Mountain Bike Bicycling Association (IMBA) in 2014. With your bike in your luggage, you can take the cable car up to the start of the trail. On the way down to the valley, bikers can really revive and prove their skills.

## Tunnel biking

In Slovenia, Mežica, a 15-minute drive from the Petzen valley station – bikers can enter a boisterous lead and zinc mine with a miner's lamp and helmet. The more than 5 km long underground path leads through the mine without major differences in altitude, and the bike guides explain a lot of interesting facts about the ancient history of mining.
