#  Ruhige Lage im Zentrum

# Wunderschön ruhig und zentral am Klopeiner See

Das Hotel und das Apartmenthaus Florianihof liegen **zentral in Seelach am Klopeiner See**, cirka 400 Meter vom See entfernt. Das Zentrum Seelach bietet viele Restaurants, Eisdielen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ausgehend vom Zentrum können Sie den Klopeiner See über die Fußgängerpromenade bei einem ausgedehnten Spaziergang ganz ohne Auto umrunden. Die **ruhige Lage** unserer Häuser wird auch Sie begeistern. Das hoteleigene Strandbad befindet sich am Südufer des Klopeiner Sees und ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 1 km entfernt). Am Strandbad sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.

## Sport- und Spielanlagen direkt am Haus

Unsere **Tennisplätze**, der **Beachvolleyball-Platz** oder die Spielplätze für Kinder befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels. Der **Swimmingpool** und die **Indoor-Spielzimmer** sind direkt in der Hotelanlage und somit perfekt für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Während sich die Kleinsten beim Spielen austoben können es sich unsere erwachsenen Gäste im hoteleigenen **Gastgarten** gemütlich machen.
