Booking / Reservations
Room reservation: You can book the room by phone, fax or email. Binding commitments via certain room numbers or floors can only be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booking: A fixed booking is only possible with the fixed-date arrival and departure day on both sides. Arrivals and departures as soon as possible on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays - on other days subject to availability.
Check-in: Rooms are available from 13 am on the day of arrival.
Deposit: Reservations will only become binding on our bank account when a deposit of € 80.00 per person and € 200,- per appartement is made. The bank details will be emailed with the reservation confirmation.
Paying the hotel bill: You can pay the balance in cash on site. Credit and ATM cards cannot be accepted. ATMs are available in the village.
For bookings of less than 5 nights, a surcharge of € 6,- per person and day will be charged!
Cancellation/resignation
The terms and conditions apply to the hotel industry (AGBH). Late arrivals or early departures will apply as follows cancellation fees. Details on this can be found » here...
